Mars Hill Manor is comprised of 4 buildings with 8 apartments per building. Each building is two levels with a chair glide on each floor. Coin operated laundry is available on the first floor of each building.

As of 1/1/2020, basic rent starts at $700 – $920 for a 1 bedroom apartment and $800 – $1065 for a 2 bedroom apartment.
