These Services refer to when a resident of a property we manage utilizes and/or enrolls in our texting system with our proptech software ResMan.

Reading this privacy notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.

Personal information that is processed: When you authorize us to send you text messages, we will use the phone number we have on file for our texting service. This allows us to send you messages and you to send us messages. You can also use this feature to send copies of documents, such as a Social Security benefits letter. You can update, change, or remove the phone number we are texting by calling our office at (207) 947-6795 or emailing info@mainedevelopment.com.

Processing sensitive personal information: If you choose to send us sensitive information through the text messaging service, we may process and file the information you send us. This information might be used to complete certifications, detail a complaint you are filing, or assist in creating a work order for a maintenance issue you are having.

Sharing personal information: We do not share your private information, such as your phone number, with third parties. Your decision to receive text messages from us will not change that policy.

How do we keep your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information.
